I want you to know I believe well-being comes from feeling connected. There are limits to what we can heal on our own. I focus on encouragement, re-framing difficult experiences, and developing healthier, more adaptive ways of thinking and behaving.

I practice a holistic approach, which means I’m interested in all of you, the whole person, not just the part of you that needs support. I also utilize a goal and values oriented approach which means we will spend some time creating goals for our work together and gaining clarity on what your values are. We want your goals to align with your values. Your values are what is most important to you and how you want to live your life and show up in this life.

I also believe that early experiences can sometimes shape our personalities and create core beliefs. It can be helpful to bring awareness to these parts of ourselves and decide if these parts of ourselves are aligned with who we want to be and what we want to build. I emphasize growth mindset which means things are not fixed. We can grow, change, and adapt. My approach is optimistic, growth-oriented, and emphasizes agency.
