Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Crystal (she/her), a relational therapist in California specializing in Anxiety, OCD and Complex Trauma.

I have 15 years of experience working with high achieving, people-pleasing perfectionists who are emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausted and seeking something different.

You deserve a space where you can show up authentically and receive the support you need to help you get where you want to go. I’m here to walk this path with you.

I want you to know that you are strong and that the way you are feeling makes sense. Together we can attune to your needs, your hopes, and your dreams. The human brain is incredible. It has the capacity to change and rewire itself. I know it takes courage to ask for help AND I know you can do this.

The most important relationship you will ever have in this whole lifetime is the one you have with yourself. We hear that all the time, but do you believe it? We need to talk to ourselves like we talk to the people we love so dearly. We need to tend to our injuries with care and concern as we would for a child. This is part of the work we can do together. There is some philosophy to therapy that will be essential in your transformation. What matters most to you? How do you want to live this one wild and precious life? What’s standing in the way of you living a life that aligns with your values? Perhaps the answer is you, right? And so, here, in a safe space we can gently, non-judgementally explore what’s up. Piece by piece. Step by step.

While I am the expert in mental and emotional health- you are the expert in your life. I’ll notice and then we can notice together. I’ll ask questions and then you can answer or sit with, gently, noticing- with curiosity. I will help you build a relationship with yourself and your inner compass that you can rely on. I want to empower you with the greatest tool in the world- trust in yourself. Maybe that seems impossible as you read this, but I promise with some time and dedication and support- you can building a sturdy sense of self which is the foundation for everything else.

My approach nurtures a path for you to begin to notice yourself more deeply, more kindly, and with care.

As an integrative therapist, I lean on humanistic, person-centered, and evidence-based therapies as well as somatic techniques, IFS, and brain science. I am trauma-informed and trained. Your safety is always central to everything we do in this space. Every client brings their own life story and their own energy to the room- I am able to meet each client where they are and hold their hand as we journey through the woods.

  • Person-centered therapy focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment to explore thoughts and emotions, fostering insight and self awareness, and making room for change through empathy, genuine connection, and unconditional positive regard.

  • Holistic therapy prioritizes the whole person, all the parts of you (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.) It aims to create harmony and balance within the individual while holding all aspects of their life.

  • Somatic-based therapy focuses on the connection between the mind and body to process and heal trauma, stress, and other emotional difficulties. It is based on the idea that unresolved emotions and trauma are stored in the body and can manifest as physical tension, discomfort, or other symptoms.
